And we close Friday with a special Easter Egg Hunt for our students prepared and presented by Notre Dame High School Key Club students.

COKE  Rewards:   We have an account for our school to receive support from the coke products you purchase.  The school name is ST MARY CENTRAL SCHOOL.  If you don’t feel like taking the time to enter the codes, send them to school and we will enter them!  The codes can be found on the tear off lids to the boxes and on the plastic caps.

Lions Club Vision Screening:  The Lions Club will be here on April 5 to do eye screenings on students in Grades 3,4,5, 6, and 7.  The paperwork was sent home last week.  Nothing needs to be returned to school unless you prefer your child to Opt Out of the screening.

Open Applications Time:  Applications are open for all new students!  The application is available on our webpage at www.stmaryswwv.org

Tuition for the 2022-2023 School Year:  In order to obtain the Catholic Rate, you must provide the form completed by your parish pastor titled, Registered, Participating and Contributing Parishioner, every year.  This form was sent home a few weeks ago with the Hope Scholarship information.   It is, also, now posted on our webpage under the Admissions button.

www.factsmgt.com.  Awards will be announced May 15.

New Parent Handbook:  The new, updated version of the Parent Handbook has been posted on the school website at www.stmaryswv.org.  Please review this document for a more detailed version of our school policies, especially the Discipline Policy with updated consequences.  A hard copy of the New Parent Handbook will be given to you at your contract signing in August.

Tuition for 22-23 School Year:  Tuition Rates for 2022-2023 have been posted to our school webpage.  Fees have increased by $150-200 per child due to the higher costs for materials, textbooks, and technology software.  The cost to educate a child at St. Mary’s is approximately $5,775.00. Additional funds used to cover the cost of education are obtained from donations through the parishes, and fundraising. A more detailed Financial Review will come out towards the end of the school year.

Some changes for the Tuition Contracts for next year:

  1.  If you have a child at Notre Dame, your child in St. Mary’s will receive the 2nd child rate reduction.
  2.  Fees must be paid in full at time of contract signing. (August)
