Friday, April 29, 2022
Dear St. Mary’s Families,
It’s hard to believe we are entering the last month of school!! Where has the time gone???
Next week, we will begin our final end of the year testing. Please make sure iPads are charged
every day. I, personally, am so anxious to see the growth of these young minds!
Next Tuesday is our annual One Mission, One Day of Giving. St. Mary’s has identified 3 major
areas for fundraising. Please read about them below. Every gift is appreciated, no matter the
size. Even small donations made by many can have a huge impact on our school.
Next week is also, Teacher Appreciation Week. I’m sure your child’s teacher would appreciate a
card of thanks!
Next Friday, May 6, is Class Picture Day! Students will be dressed in their Formal uniforms
because of Mass attendance.
Finally, Kindergarten and 6 th Grade Graduations are nipping at our heels! Please send in the 5
pictures of your child to the people assigned to complete the class video by May 2. See the note

May 3: One Mission, One Day Fundraiser!!!! This is our annual Day of Giving and our big
drive for financial support for our school. This year, St. Mary’s will concentrate on three main
areas of giving: 1. ‘The Heat is On’ Team – This team will raise monies for a new boiler system
for building. 2. ‘The Home’ Team – This team will raise money to finance revitalizing projects
around the school such as peeling painting, carpeting needs, and other maintenance needs. 3.
The ‘Mother Mary’s Treasure’ Team – This team will raise money to help us establish an in-
house tuition assistance fund to help families in times of an emergency need such as the loss of a
job, house fire, death in the family, etc. Please follow us on Facebook throughout the day as we
make calls and strive to reach our goals. We will go live at 9:00am and close at 2:00pm.
