Dear St. Mary’s Families:

The first Lunch/Snack bill was distributed today to children.   Please make checks payable to:   Harrison County Catholic.  Look for the bill in your child’s folder. You may send those back to school with your payment.

We are very excited about the decision to reinstate the HOPE Scholarship Program.  At this time, we do not have details about how the program will proceed.  We will keep you up to date as we gain information.   Please see the attachment from the WV  State Treasurer’s Office.

Below is a link for a Parent Survey.  Please complete this survey today, Friday, October 7.  We use this survey extensively to plan programs and set goals for improvement. We thank you in advance for your time!  If your link does not take you to the survey, you may have to copy and paste it to your browser.

*Be aware…in order to be in the building volunteering at a party or any event, you must complete the Safe Environment Process.   This is a three step process that includes a background check, Virtus video on Awareness Training, and the review and acceptance of the Policy Relating to Sexual Abuse of Children. These three actions may be completed all online at www.virtusonline.org.   If you have volunteered in the past, you probably already have a Virtus account.  Please log in and check the status of your account.  All new families will have received directions on how to complete this process.
