I hope the final week of summer break finds everyone eager to begin another school year! We are wrapping up our cleaning, finalizing the new boiler, and getting our classrooms ready this week for all the kids to return and to welcome our new students.
Thank you to everyone who came last week to complete financial contracts and arrangements. If you did not attend a session and do not have a private meeting scheduled this week, you must contact Missy Jordan at 304-517-8619 to arrange for the completion of your enrollment. Students will not be finalized for enrollment until a financial meeting has been completed.
Please join us on Friday, August 18, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm for an Open House. Teachers will be in their classrooms for a ‘meet and greet’!
Monday, August 21, is the first day of school for all students in grades 1-12. Dismissal is at NOON. Tuesday, August 22, is the first day for Kindergarten. Again, dismissal is at NOON. Wednesday, August 23, is the first day for Preschool 4 year olds. This is a full day of school. Friday, August 25, is the first day of school for Preschool 3 Year Olds. Half day students dismiss at 11:10.
Keepers, our After School Daycare Program, will begin on Wednesday, August 23. This is our first full day of school. Just a reminder…Keepers is not in session on Early Dismissal days.
